Staff are all so lovely and friendly and I never feel like they are ripping me off. They give great advice, even over the phone so we can treat minor aliments for our pets at home, when required, and not always having to visit. Good, honest, reliable service. Never have to wait long if an appointment is required either.

Can not recommend this vet enough! The staff were absolutley amazing with My sweet girl Molly. She was registered with another vets (will not name them but they were atrocious towards my enquiry and rude!) Anyway I rang Willows vet aroumd 5ish weeks ago to enquire about having my sweet girl put to sleep, they were incredible from the second the phone was answered, everything was fairly last minute on my side (didn't want to let my baby go) . Originally had Molly booked in for later on in the month however she was deteriorating quicker than I thought so i made the heartbreaking desicion to bring her appoinment 3 weeks forward, again staff were absolutley amazing. Took Molly into the vets and the vet who supported us (didnt catch her name) was very compassionate, kind, caring and very very softly spoken. All other members of staff who were working that day were fantastic. Nothing felt rushed, forced or pressured and i didn't feel judged. They genuinely made me feel as relaxed as possible given the circumstances. Fast forward to today, I went back into the vets to pick up my sweet girls paw prints and fur and I felt so welcomed and at ease knowing that walking back into the last place I saw my sweet girl would be hard but honestly the staff were amazing ♡ I chose to use a different cremation service (personal choice, nothing to do with the vets), even down to the staff contacting the crem to collect Molly made me feel at ease, again i didnt feel judged nor did i feel pressured into anything, they were just overall amazing! To all the stff at Willows vets Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ♡
