I can’t thank Rees Vets enough for all the support they gave Marble. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have him put to sleep. The compassion and empathy shown by the team meant so much to us. Marble was a stray cat we rescued from the street, and we took him to the OHH vets in the hope he might have a microchip, but sadly he didn’t. We were given the option to rehome him, which we gratefully accepted. What we didn’t realise was that Marble had advanced FIV and had been suffering far more than we knew. Thank you to all the staff who supported us through such a difficult day. Your kindness will never be forgotten. 🩵🩵

I seen so many reviews here saying Rees is too expensive and other Vets in Warrington offer same treatments for less. Well, I assure you that you will receive what you pay for with Rees, even more!!! Now let me share with you my experience. I’m owner of Chico, a lovely 6 months old kitten. I’m with this vet since I adopted him. He had a neutering surgery today and Rees’s staff treated him so well, when I arrived to pick him up he was purring and playing, it shocked me how well and happy he was after a surgery. They gave me the best experiences in the past as well with all vaccinations, treatments and everything, I can’t describe in words how much I recommend this vets!! 10/10 staff, 10/10 services and 10/10 products! The food they gave Chico ( and gave me for home) it’s the best quality and pricey food you can possibly find. They were gentle( I respect everybody at this practice for how gently they handled my kitten every single time we went for either consultation, treatment or surgery), caring and really patient with my energetic kitten. Me and Chico are really happy with this vets, they are so thoughtful. They rang me after the surgery to inform me how everything went, how Chico feels. They gave him painkillers and I can definitely say they are very effective, my kitten acts like nothing happened. Thank you Rees for the pleasant experience, warm smiles and CARE I see you all have for our pets. 🫶🏻 On top of my own experience I want to add something I seen while waiting a couple months ago for a consultation. A lady accidentally run over a pigeon on the street and brought him into the practice asking for help. The staff there went above and beyond to help the lady and calm her down, with so much care and attention. As an update the pigeon got treatment and after some time was able to be released! These people’s are the best from my point of view, ALSO didn’t charge the lady for anything. I witnessed the whole situation and from my own experience I’m so sure nowhere in Warrington vets will do such things:)

I would like to give thanks as a 3rd party tonight, one of our amazing adopters from our animal rescue: Paws on Hearts Animal Rescue and rehoming has been having her dogs treated at this wonderful vets. They have been nothing short of amazing, very professional and non judgmental of European rescues, special thanks to the Spanish 🇪🇸 female Vet (sorry we don’t know her name) but she was so kind and compassionate today with one of our adopters today (Debbie) that we felt compelled to write this review. She may recognise the famous 5 🐶 from the picture i have included. Thank you for your professionalism Team Paws 🐾

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they treat all the animals as if they were their own, I've been coming for years and can not fault anything from booking in to paying and everything in between. My 3 dogs love coming here and pull us or at the moment the staff to go in. They aren't the cheapest vets around but the quality of care and after care is second to none, the prices are my only issue really
