Cannot recommend Anrich enough. Our cat Purdy had amazing care throughout the process and after her operation. Ros in particular was so lovely, she kept in touch with us to make sure everything was okay and kept us informed throughout everything. After we sadly lost Purdy despite doing everything we could, Anrich Team sent us some lovely flowers and a card as well as keeping in touch the following days to make sure we was all keeping okay. You can certainly tell the vets are doing everything they can - not just as a job but because they really care for animals. Thank you

My French Bulldog, Dixie, was referred to Anrich Vets by our usual vet after suddenly becoming paralysed in her back legs. After a scan, it was discovered that she had sustained two ruptured discs and was diagnosed with a stage 4 IVDD injury. Adam and the team acted immediately and took her in for a hemilaminectomy/ventral slot the same day. Thanks to their expertise and the clear post-operative care guidance they provided, Dixie has made an incredible recovery. Within just six weeks she is up, walking, and very much back to her happy self with very little deficit. I am beyond grateful to Adam and the entire team for giving Dixie her life back. Throughout the whole process they have been professional, caring, attentive, and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend Anrich Vets to anyone in need of specialist care. Their support in helping to spread the cost of treatment—especially important for those without pet insurance—was also greatly appreciated. Thank you again to Adam and everyone at Anrich for everything you’ve done for Dixie.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ros and the entire team at the clinic. Throughout Siu Dim’s journey, everyone showed genuine kindness, patience and compassion. Their support truly made a difference during this hard time. This is honestly the best veterinary clinic I have ever experienced, both in Hong Kong and in the UK. Thank you for taking such good care of Siu Dim and for always treating us with respect and warmth.

Have been with anrich since my dog Milly was 9 weeks old I have been lucky that she has only ever needed to see a vet for vaccinations until recently when she developed a small lump on her stomach. The vet and surgeon was very helpful and informative . Thankfully Milly is now fine without having to have surgery 😊 very understanding and reassuring to my concerns Thank you ❤️

The veterinarians have not even offered an apology instead, they are attempting to demand additional payment for a follow-up session in order to look into the burns they put on her dog, which is completely heinous. I wouldn't entrust any pet to their care!

When I told the veterinarian that I couldn't afford the £300 they intended to charge me for my cat's surgery, they told me that my only choice was to put her to sleep. Since I certainly didn't want that to occur, I took her to a different veterinarian, who gave her £70 worth of medication, and she is doing fantastically. They are a bunch of money-grabbers, so if you don't have hundreds of pounds on hand, I wouldn't suggest them.

This vet is shockingly incompetent. 6 weeks of repetitive visits for a 2 year old German Shepherd with sickness, diarrhoea, severe weight loss and breathing difficulties. Took over £1000 for consultation and antibiotics. After 4 weeks eventually a stool sample check, and misdiagnosis for a bacterial infection. Still no improvement. On the final visit last Saturday told to go to the emergency vet in Salford. Died on Monday following a scan where they discovered lymphoma. £8000 in vet bills to suffer incompetence, and loss of our beautiful baby. There seems to be a growing trend of either corporate greed with vets or sheer incompetence. Either way this vet cannot be relied upon when your dog has a serious illness. I can not recommend and would advise anybody thinking of using this vet to avoid.
