Amazing, helpful informative vets and staff, daisy was peeing blood and was rushed in for treatment resulting in an operation to remove about 30 stones from her bladder.she was so poorly, we all said our goodbyes as we didn't think she would make it but within 2 days she was back to normal bouncing around like tigger. We will be forever grateful to everyone at cundall and Duffy for their care and devotion to daisy.

I had taken my cat to this vets due to him being unwell , they then said he needed his teeth doing and exrays to see if he needed any teeth out , I also asked them to do his bloods while he was asleep , I then collected him and I had been told they forgot to do his bloods also didn’t need any teeth out so I payed 100+ for exrays he didn’t need , my cat will not have bloods taken while awake , i also have in an email that they have admitted they had forgotten but also telling me if I want to do his bloods I will need to pay 250+ to put him back to sleep and the blood money to , I’ve been seeking legal advice and will be taking them to small courts shortly as they have ignored all my other emails , I would not advice this vets . I wouldn’t mind if they even offered some money of due to lack of communication but no they have said I will need to pay in full for it all , also this was from the manager . Wouldn’t recommend , also look at trust pilot ! I wish I would have before spending 100s with them and still not giving me a diagnosis for my cat .

We will be looking for another vet. Eye-watering prices. I paid 67% more for annual jabs and kennel cough than I paid the previous year in Kirkbymoorside. (I did query it and they confirmed I had been charged the correct amount.) I can see we might have benefited from being with a big practice before but that doesn't explain an increase in price from £64 to £107 in 12 months. Other comments: It was easy to get an appointment and having onsite parking in central Scarborough was a plus. The Receptionist was welcoming and the vet was competent and friendly. However, despite having the first appointment of the day we were kept waiting for 15 minutes without explanation. I had to ask the receptionist if the vet had been delayed before we were seen.

The staff are great, as is the service but the answerphone message is awful. When you phone and select the service you want, you then have listen to a long, long, message which you don,t need ever to hear again. This happens every time you ring. Could there not be an opt out system available to bypass this unnecessary delay and get you through to the service you require much quicker.
