Everyone is welcoming and friendly and recognised and calmed our dogs (we have been taking various dogs and one cat for the last twenty years or so and expected this on our last visit). Our present dog knows the routine, and though nervous, she does not make a fuss. The vet listened to us, checked the notes and gave useful advice. She treated her calmly and gently even when she decided on a policy of passive resistance, laying down and refusing to move. Injections and nose spray were quickly and competently given, not distressing our dog. We both felt on our visit it was all good, simple and straightforward! I am often at the practice either with our dog or picking up her meds. The front desk, I notice, is always attentive, and relate well with all clients It is difficult to say any one thing that stood out, as it was all good! Perhaps the friendliness and kindness

I cannot recommend Aldgate Veterinary Practice in Driffield highly enough. They look after all of our dogs and the level of care, professionalism and knowledge is always outstanding. The whole team are friendly, helpful and clearly care a great deal about the animals they treat. As someone who works with dogs professionally every day, it’s extremely important for us to have a veterinary practice we can trust completely. Aldgate Vets in Driffield have always been fantastic with our dogs and we know they are always in very safe and experienced hands. A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent service you consistently provide. Robert Cammish Managing Director TOTAL K9 Ltd

I always have excellent service from the Driffield branch. Front desk staff are really friendly. Treatment options when my dog has problems are always discussed and they suggest the cheapest options for care where possible. Vets and vet nurses are always friendly and professional. I love that they remain independent

My elderly GSD has had three appointments with the practice this week. All with expert staff (hydrotherapist, physiotherapist and vet) who, it is clear to see, have a passion for their work and want to give the best possible care. The reception staff have as always been helpful, caring and interested in my girls health. It is always a welcoming and friendly environment to walk into. What I appreciated most is having my beloved dog looked after by this outstanding practice.

Excellent, always feel reassured. Think it was Amanda in reception and on the phone, always lovely, helpful and empathic. Appointment with Kirsty and Lucy, both excellent and reassuring , offered follow up appointments with timescales. Very helpful knowing l could ring 24/7 if required, luckily medication worked and back to healthy, happy boy! Getting an appointment in good time. Experienced vet and lovely lady in reception.

Honestly, all the staff at Aldgate Driffield (and Bridlington) are fabulous, true animal lovers and I always know my animals come first. Customer service is also exceptional and the team make it really easy by supporting insurance claims. Molly, an aging Lab has recently been in for dental extractions and is recovering well at home. Oh No! Did read the badges, but everyone I have had contact with was wonderful, especially discharge :o) What I appreciated most is, that I absolutely KNOW my pet(s) come first.
