I have been a client at this practice for 43 years and in that time they have never let me down when I really needed them. To me and my dogs they really are our 4th emergency service!! Although I do understand why pets are not kept there overnight and now go to Mkt Weighton for best overnight care i would much prefer my animal to remain at Norwood overnight. But we just have to move with the times. I can 100% recommend this practice and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. 10 out of 10 Norwood!!!

Very helpful and informative reception staff, offered car park waiting for my reactive dog. Vets very patient with a nervous dog helping build his confidence. Always on the end of the phone for advice and answer quickly

I just want to express my sincere thank's to all the team involved in the care of my Staffie Emily on 9th March 2026. She was dangerously ill, and had to be PTS. The care, compassion and kindness given not only to Emily, but myself was absolutely amazing. Amy and Michael were so lovely. And with Pablo's help, did the scans needed to determine what was wrong with Emily. We stayed with Emily until the end, giving her the love and cuddles she deserved. Both Amy and Michael, stayed with us, then gave us some time alone, to say our goodbyes. They actually go above and beyond, what people think veterinary nurses and vets do. And we would just like them to know, this is very much appreciated. Thank you all.

Would highly recommend Norwood vets. It is worth travelling slightly further. Our dog had started coughing quite badly. Norwood vets booked us in within an hour. Fortunately it was only kennel cough and not something our retriever had snaffled! Everything was clearly explained to us. Our dog actually likes going to this vets. They are always great with both our dog and us.

Staff really friendly and efficient. The vet took time to allow my dog to get used to being in consulting room and being examined. Everything was explained about examination, about medication and what action that might be needed to take on going.

I have been a customer at Norwood Beverley for several years now - never had any complaints. My cat became suddenly very poorly in the last week and sadly for us it wasn’t a good outcome but the care and compassion we had throughout from everyone at the vets was amazing. At your most distressed you just want people to be caring and we certainly felt cared for. Thank you for helping us through one of the worst weeks.

Had my dog spayed today, the vet nurses were absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, they kept in contact with me through to her going under, rang me to say they needed to do something else during her op (wanted to make sure it was ok first) to her coming round and giving me a time to pick her up, thank you all so much :)

Our French bulldog became unexpectedly poorly which resulted in emergency major surgery. All the vets and vet nurses we dealt with and reception staff were absolutely fantastic and dealt with the issue so efficiently. They still found the time to keep us up to date with progress throughout. We would like to give a special shout out to Jill Walker who did Mylo’s surgery and who we have seen for checkups a couple of times after. We are forever indebted to your care and we will be eternally grateful. Mr & Mrs Perry x
