Used this practise for over 20years never had a complaint before but the examination was poor with no confidence in the diagnosis but then received the bill absolutely ridiculous. Left and took him to another vet who diagnosed the problem immediately cost a fraction of the price.will never use this practice again. Absolutle rip off!!

I switched from a previous vets as I lost my trust in them when it came to care for my two rabbits. I've only had a couple of appointments and telephone conversations with Filey Vets but I already feel more at ease and feel like my bunnies are getting the best care, I've made the right decision. Siouxsie has had issues with bladder sludge for many years and despite a change in diet as suggested by my previous vets it's never really gone away, even with supplements. Unfortunately it got worse in the past week so I decided to get her booked in and they arranged x-rays and a bladder flush right away! When I asked previous vets for x-rays etc., they told me it wasn't really worth it, in their opinion. I'm glad I did through Filey however. A lot of the information I received poorly at the previous vets was always down to the vet's opinion and I don't think that was professional enough. Now I feel at ease knowing my girls will be getting the best care :)

My dog was poorly while we were away on holiday and Filey vets very kindly saw her as an emergency. The staff were friendly professional and caring. I was seen on the same day even though my dog was not registered. The price was no dearer than my regular vet’s and my dog was improved within hours. Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this practice.

As soon as I arrived in Filey my dog became ill ( back pain & Collitis ).Filey vets squeezed an appointment in and kept Archie while they did tests. I had 3 appointments and each time they were welcoming and each vet was informative. He is improving gradually now but it did put a downer on our annual 'Archie' holiday in dog friendly Filey. Thank you Filey vets for all your help.

They are a friendly bunch of vets and know their stuff, very happy with them. All our dogs have liked going there over the years and our current one is very happy to go too, they make a right fuss of him. They have 1 or 2 new members of staff and they all seem friendly and caring, they no longer insist on mask wearing though it is up to you if you feel more comfortable, from this week 27/9/22 you can no longer pay with the old paper £20 and £50 pound notes.
