I went there to pick up my Beautiful dogs ashes. The staff were lovely even though I cried more than spoke...they were understanding. So I would beleive if they treated me with respect they would with anyone who brings their loved pet too.

Took 3 hours to come out for an emergency! My horse was in extreme distress and they are only 2 minutes from my yard. Made a complaint and was patronizing very unhappy considering I've used for years . REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT unfortunately you did not provide the service I have all the call logs on my phone I did not get put through to a vet I was advised that one would call me . I had to chase vet serval times as this was a life or death situation. All in which is recorded on my phone alongside my complaint to yourselves directly. And I wasn't the only person who called you either . Due to your lack of urgency to this issue if anyone is interested this was a retained placenta in which could of been in before vets around 8 hours and anything over 4 is a risk of sepsis equalling death the placenta was not removed untill around 5.30 so 7 hours after initial call to vets . I also had no further calls from vet during the period she was left when she said she'd contact me again I had to chase . Then when she did come she required help with identitying if the placenta was okay even though this is a qualified vet which was witnessed by 5 other people so no it's definitely not an unfair review considering it all could of been resolved a lot quicker.

I wanted to say a big thank you to vet Ailla ( apologies if spelling is wrong) who came to see me on a horse call today. Slightly unusual circumstances but she was there quickly and worked with common sense and kindness, with both the horse and me! From one vet professional to another THANK YOU! Lynsey Rickard

Amazing veterinary care, all the vets are friendly and explain things to you in a way that is easy to understand without sounding condescending. Have made a difficult time for my horse and I much more clear and have gone out of there way to do so. All the staff are so helpful I couldn't ask for a better veterinary team to look after my pride and joy. Would 100% recommend to everyone I know!
