This fabulous clean, air-conned practice, the vets, nurses and ‘big up’ for the wonderful reception team keeping it all together. We love seeing your smiles, concerns, support and love for our family. You work incredibly hard to know everyone, our fluffs and all is appreciated. We unfortunately lost our Border Collie at 13 years old just to old age. (I had to mention her)! Then the support with our new puppy Suzy just over 2 years ago when we brought her home. Then our recent crisis with our 7 year old cocker spaniel Lily’s health was very poor. Milly the vet got us all through the decisions and possible heart aches. Lily is now signed off as doing really well and such a happy dog, putting on weight. We, me and my daughter, Lily and Suzy is to say a huge BIG thank-you to a wonderful team. Big Hugs xxx

This is a wonderful veterinary practice, everyone is so welcoming and kind. My dogs are rescues so this was taken into account and a big effort was made to make it a positive experience when visiting them for the first time. Our vet was very helpful and thorough and gave me great advice for a couple issues going forward. The nurses were so helpful with their guidance and spent ages with the dogs making them feel at home. I’m really pleased we have registered here!

Amazing practice, receptionists always so kind and helpful and all the vets are simply lovely. All my dogs are happy to come here, and I know that they are being well looked after. Absolutely recommend this practice. I travel out of newquay to come here, as it’s , quite frankly, the best option for my animals, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

This is the best veterinary practice I have ever been registered with. The staff are extremely helpful & compassionate.. I recently had to have my little cat put to sleep & Simon, the vet who had been treating her, cane out to do so, so my cat was in the comfort of her home. He was so gentle with her, explaining the process & very empathetic. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My cats Elvis & Rosie and dog Sadie always feel at ease on their visits to City Road. As a family we have been coming here since the 80s and the care is brilliant! Wouldn’t go anywhere else as the staff go above and beyond. Thank you
