We visited this vets when our dog was unable to walk at the start of our holiday. They spotted a tick buried deep in the joint on his leg that was causing him a lot of pain. This could so easily have been missed with a less thorough examination. Thank you so much

We can’t thank Rachel and the whole team enough for the care they’ve given our dogs over past few years. They supported our beloved Alfie throughout his life - keeping him in great health for many years and then, when he sadly developed liver cancer, guiding us through that incredibly difficult time with such kindness, compassion and dignity. Their support meant the world to us. Every visit has always been welcoming and reassuring, with the team making both our pets and us feel comfortable and cared for. We are always greeted with a warm reception, and it genuinely feels like the team care about every animal that comes through the door. More recently, we adopted our rescue dog Margot, and the team have been brilliant with her too. They performed a laparoscopic spay (which we would highly recommend) and have also helped with things like her dental cleaning. The care and professionalism have been outstanding. A special shout out to Sherry as well - Margot absolutely loves seeing her and is always very happy to accept the treats. We feel very lucky to have such a caring, independent veterinary practice looking after our pets. Thank you Rachel and the whole team for everything you do – Margot is already a big fan, and we always look forward to seeing you all.

I did lots of research on picking a vet for my dog. Had a really bad experience so was keen to get a good vet. My research paid off. The vet’s have been great at gaining Tuxedos confidence. I had to call the emergency vet tonight and the vet called me back within 10 mins and had a really thorough conversation. Was empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. I definitely picked the best vet for my pooch. Would highly recommend. Thank you for my dog being as important to you as me.

We moved to Edhen Vets approx 2 years ago, we moved for various reasons. Our pooch is a very nervous rescue, they are always gentle with her, every staff member whether its Sherry on reception, to Vets or Nurses, they talk to us and our dog, they try give her treats even though she wont take them. The E365 club is worth the price which in previous Vets you dont get as much as you at Edhen. I want to thank everyone but especially Henry & Sherry. Sherry usually is the main lady I speak to, to book appointments, ask information and general enquiries and shes always pleasant and thorough. When we go in for a visit she always has a smile on her face. Henry usually clips our dogs nails and regardless of how long it takes, hes down on the floor, following our dog around and taking it at her pace always! We never feel hes in a rush to get her done and out the door. Honestly we have no complaints about any of the staff but these 2 have definitely shone through. I would 100% recommend anyone to use Edhen Vets (We use the Newquay branch- havent had experience in Truro one yet 😀)

I just can’t rate Edhen highly enough, I joined this vets as was looking for a vets to do a respay on my dog after a not so good experience with previous vets. I was met by vets and vet nurses that made us instantly feel reassured and confident. The practice is run like clock work, and very efficient with dealing with my insurance company after the successful procedure. Fast forward a few months on and Mallie unfortunately had a little escapade where she had to spent 12 hours in the vets to be monitored. Edhen made sure I was kept informed and talked me through the whole process of what would happen. During this day Mallie was under the watchful eye of Kate one of the vet nurses, Kate went above and beyond that day and her love for animals is so very clear. She made sure our Mallie was happy (which is quite a job as she is very nervous at the vets!) and also I was so reassured that Mallie was in the best hands. Nothing was too much trouble that day. So I honestly can’t speak highly enough, and any animal and owner that walks through those doors will be in the most capable of hands🐾

I want to share my incredibly positive experience of taking my much loved elderly dog Monty to Edhen vets for his last journey. Arriving at 08:30 with no appointment and so upset, Monty and I were treated with so much understanding and compassion. I could ask all the questions I wanted to, and was given all the time I needed. Edhen Vets had been recommended to me for end of life care, and I'm so grateful for that recommendation. I can't thank the lovely receptionist and our vet Megan enough.

We used this vets as we were away on holiday with our new puppy. (Just how it happened) She had her first check up there and a few weeks later her 2nd vaccination. They were all so accommodating and helpful. Nice polite cheerful kind staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and many other vets could learn a lot from them. Well done everyone at Edhen you have been amazing.
