A huge thank you to Highertown Vets, we are on holiday and our dog developed a sore ear at 7pm in the evening. Very easy to book an appointment online for the following day. The staff and Gina , the Vet, were so pleasant, professional and reassuring. Thank you for your care and attention. Lesley & Barney the cockapoo.

Excellent efficient and friendly receptionist with genuine compassion for animals treated my elderly dog wonderfully. The vet was fantastic the best I have experienced in the last three years. Warm friendly, open, helpful incisive and informative. Provided excellent insight for care needs of an elderly dog in her twilight years.

On holiday and our dog sustained an injury - they saw us immediately, got our dogs medical history from our home vets and he was in and out of surgery within 2 hours. So welcoming and incredibly helpful with pet insurance claims. Could not recommend enough.

I have been using Highertown Vets now for over 20 years, all of my dogs have been looked after extremely well by them, the team are so professional, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and put you at ease when your best pal is not at their best. Cannot recommend the team at Highertown enough. As first time dog owners it can often feel overwhelming. The level of care and information that we have received has been outstanding. Our puppy loves his visits to the vets and we are always given the warmest of welcomes!
