Always a friendly, welcoming and kind experience. My dog absolutely loves his visits to Highertown Vets. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else - I trust the knowledge, kindness and understanding of all the staff there.

On holiday and our dog sustained an injury - they saw us immediately, got our dogs medical history from our home vets and he was in and out of surgery within 2 hours. So welcoming and incredibly helpful with pet insurance claims. Could not recommend enough.

I have been using Highertown Vets now for over 20 years, all of my dogs have been looked after extremely well by them, the team are so professional, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and put you at ease when your best pal is not at their best. Keep up the excellent work Highertown Vets, you are our fur buddies angels 😇.

Cannot recommend the team at Highertown enough. As first time dog owners it can often feel overwhelming. The level of care and information that we have received has been outstanding. Our puppy loves his visits to the vets and we are always given the warmest of welcomes!
