We are down in Padstow at our holiday home and our little dog Daisy had a tummy upset. Rang the practice and got appointment very quickly. She is on the mend now. All the staff on the telephone and in the practice were really friendly. The vet was so nice and caring. We usually visit every month so it is reassuring that help is on hand if we need it. Thank you

One of my cats had been attacked & I was very worried about her. Everyone was so nice, friendly & helpful. Cannot fault the vet or the reception staff. My cat, Maisie Mae is now fine & back to herself again

I have two vet centres one being Penmellyn and another in Truro. Penmellyn far surpasses my other vets so much so I’m moving my cats. This practice is all animal and not all cash like elsewhere. The vets listen to the owners and arent pushy or belittling to owners. Everytime I’ve taken the dogs Weve had amazing service from reception, nurses and vet surgeons. The ability to use and access any Penmellyn vet is also great and really helpful. I would recommend this Vet practice

Absolutely first class service when our dog needed emergency treatment. Professional and friendly at all times and kept us in the loop as treatment was carried out. Our daft Labrador is still with us and we are very very grateful.

Oh these lovely people are absolutely fantastic. From the moment i made the initial enquiry, to booking, to pre-op assessment, to taking in my most treasured baby and her being looked after, operated on and discharged, every single person was exceptionally kind and had my furry berks best interests clearly at heart. With phone calls at every stage to keep us informed, these were brilliant at soothing my worry and shattered nerves. I cannot praise these lovely people highly enough. If you are numerically biased, its 10/10 or 100% perfect. I have decided that if i ever need another operation myself, im going to start barking and book in here. Thank you, each and every one of you.

Excellent service, we were down in Padstow for a a few days and out little nipper over did it on the beach in Rock and started limping so we gave them a call just to be safe and they managed to fit us in with a last minute appointment. very helpful and friendly staff, and very fair on prices. The nipper was fine in the morning after having some anti inflammatory juice and back to his normal lunacy! Thanks very much for help and service much appreciated.

My dog was a specialist referral. We went back for 6 week post op check and she was beside herself with excitement when she realised where we were. The nursing staff had obviously showered her with TLC during her post op recovery 24 hours. The vet did a great job fixing her knee. Very friendly staff, absolutely recommend 👌🏻

Penmellyn vets were fantastic. They rang me 2- 3 times a day giving me updates on my cat Rosie. I was aloud to go and see her and also I could ring the team at anytime. I can’t fault anyone.

I honestly cannot thank Christian and the team at Penmellyn, St Columb Major enough for their treatment and care of our cat Merlin who was seriously injured in an RTA. He was in surgery within 24hrs of the accident and at the time it was hard to believe that after 8 weeks he would be back to his former self. The transparency of pricing from Penmellyn was a welcome breath of fresh air. I was convinced that we were going to be charged for lots of extras and sundries but we were billed for exactly what we were quoted. We've been so impressed with the service and care at Penmellyn that we are going to transfer all three of our pets from our current vet in to their care. Highly recommended!
