The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The vet I saw was very good with my dog, she put him at ease, was gentle and talked to him. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with her examinations. The vet explained clearly what the ailments were and treated them quickly. The vet also picked up something that I hadn't taken my dog for and also took the time to advice about the treatment for that. I am very happy with the service that was provided.

Best vet in the area. My labrador Charlie recieved excellent care after his biopsy which came back ok. The staff are brilliant and really made a fuss of him which of course he loved.

Quick and easy to make a sane day appointment. Vet was great at making my nervous dog feel comfortable. Test results cane back very quickly too. Great service all round

The prices may have gone up now it is part of a large chain, but the staff more than make up for it. As an owner you are made to feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door. The staff at reception are welcoming, and comforting when you need it. Everything is explained by the vets and nurses, in “normal” language, not in words no-one can understand. I have always been given options about my pets’ treatment and I know that anytime one of my animals goes in, they are in the best possible hands.

Looked after my pet Blue. Treating him with care and caution. He is a big boy. Treated his condition and made recommendations for the rest of his life to help his arthritis. I appreciated the care he received as I was only visiting the area for a week.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Rocky and I can quite honestly say that the vet and reception staff at Medivet Redruth were outstanding. The level of compassion, sympathy and support throughout a very difficult time, was of the highest standard and both Rocky and us, were made to feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you to everyone, your service is always top notch but on this occasion, we felt that you went over and above and we are so grateful and thankful ❤️❤️
