I'm giving two stars for the vet I saw who was lovely. But your receptionist who was on yesterday and saw me and my cat was rude and condescending. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect in my life. You don't know what people have gone through before they come to you so a bit of empathy while also bringing in a sick animal wouldn't go a miss. The only thing that mattered to the receptionist was money while threatening me with debt collectors. Even going so far as noticing cash in my wallet and saying you can pay your bill in full. Then adding we can't keep doing this as though I'd been there before. For the record I had never been to this vets before and will never, ever being going there again. If you want to keep your customers, you really should do something about your receptionist who was on New Year's Day. I don't know her name but if it's the one many people are mentioning, she needs reprimanding unless you're fine with the way she behaves. If you have options of another emergency vet, I would say go there and avoid this place.

Very disappointed with the lady on reception I think her name was Emma , me and my partner were so worried on the phone when my dog was having some issues with her breathing , the receptionist was almost laughing over the phone and treated us with no respect or my dog , will never ever use them again. On the other hand rose million was amazing and helped us straight away couldn’t have wished for better , so disappointed and upset with Emma at c vets.

Twice tonight these amazing vets checked my cat rocky and done the most amazing job and cared for him so well! You made my boy so comfortable in the visit and ensured he was safe and well cared for after his trauma. Thankyou so so much!

We had to rush our cat to C Vets after a vicious dog attack. She was severely injured, in a lot of pain and in shock. We phoned ahead and upon arrival they came out to meet us and immediately whisked our cat out back for medical attention. We were informed about her condition and treatment every step of the way. All of the staff were very caring and understanding. The C Vets team saved our cat's life, and we will be forever grateful to them.
