I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care my dog receives here. Everyone is so kind, patient and genuinely caring, and it really shows. I can always get an appointment, and whenever I’m worried I’m able to send a photo or speak directly to a veterinarian who is always so understanding and happy to help. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my dog is in such safe hands.

Poor service charged me twice fir same injections No appointment booked them charge you for missing Poor management and after care Taken my business else where Medivet controversies involve regulatory scrutiny from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) (CMA) over its rapid acquisitions of independent practices, raising concerns about potential price hikes and reduced quality for pet owners, alongside legal battles with former vets over contractual disputes, accusations of misrepresenting treatments (like SGF-1000 with MediVet Equine), and isolated incidents reported by clients, including alleged administrative errors and unprofessional conduct,

What an absolutely lovely team! I called at 18.45 suspecting our dog had a stick lodged in her mouth. They said to come straight down and despite it being near closing time they managed to remove it without sedation. Such a wonderful caring and kind team… highly recommended… thank you!

The worst vets ever! My dog has been in this country for 6 years not once did they say my dog would need a test for a certain disease they could carry until I heard someone else talking about it in the vets. When I asked the vets she said that my dog will have to have a test and will not treat my dog until the test was done and if it was positive the best thing would be to put my dog down. I got my dog tested at another vets and she is negative I’ve never been so upset and worried, all medi vets want is your money!

Our experience was very good and the vet was very thorough and took as much time as he felt necessary. He explained things very clearly to us and showed compassion and empathy. The staff were very good and booking appointments was easy
