Medivet - Potters Bar

Everything was fine, for my cat's vaccinations. Vicky and student vet, Tar, from Canada, did very well, thank you. Erin and her assistant, provided a good, knowledgable/workable programme for my cat, Elsa. I know what to try and do with Elsa, 'TRY', being the operative word, because she runs away, from our medical treatment, and unhappily it proves same result, every time, not through anyones fault, just Elsa's learned, non compliant/skittish behaviour, from the estate we were on, her first owner being bad, Elsa out, from young, in all weathers. Anyway, thank you Medivet.

I highly recommend them, a great team. Two weeks ago my dog had an eye problem. And thanks to the quick service and medication, he's doing very well.

Great vet. We got an appointment very quickly. The vet was thorough and gave us an honest evaluation based on his findings. We had a very good conversation about our puppy and left feeling empowered to be creative when it comes to how to combat our puppy's problem and doing what is best for her wellbeing. Thank you!!

Sid and the team are so amazing. They helped me from when I got a cat with no research at all to now I’m transporting 3 cats to Africa! So friendly and supportive, very good team from Nellie Elsa and Biscoff 🥰

A fabulous practice. The staff are super attentive and really care for our pets, easy to book appointments and an overall great service. Highly recommend this practice!

The veterinary service itself is excellent — the staff are caring, professional, and I’m very happy with the treatment my cat received. However, the online admin system really needs some attention. I’ve had emails reminding me of checkups that weren’t actually due, and on two occasions I was told at the clinic that the reminders were incorrect. I also received an email the day after a completed visit saying I had missed an appointment and needed to rebook. It would be great if the online system could be updated to match the quality of the in-person care.
