Highly recommend this vets. Helpful receptionists and knowledgeable vets. Richard is the go to for Greyhounds , he really knows his breed and is calm and sensible with his approach. A vet I have complete confidence will do the right thing for the dog and take a sympathetic view towards treatment . Many thanks

I have taken my dog Milo to this practice for 11 years, since he was a puppy. I have always been happy with the service and the receptionists and vets have always been pleasant and helpful and the treatment good. I have asked about dental cleaning here before and was told that it would cost at least £400. I had previously taken Milo elsewhere for dentals as over £400 is a lot of money for me. As I had never owned a dog before I didn’t know that this is something that you shouldn’t do. On taking him elsewhere the vet confirmed that Milo has a heart murmur and advised me to take him back to my normal vet (Highfields) I called Cheshunt branch but could not get through so called Broxbourne to ask if there was a problem with the phone. She asked what the problem was and I explained the situation then she declared that because I had taken him elsewhere she did not think they would be able to see him at Highfields again and she would speak to the vet and then call me to advise me of the decision. I hadn’t realised that I had done anything wrong but as I said I have not owned a dog before. The receptionist did not call to advise me of the decision. After a week I called them back - cheshunt branch was not open so I called Broxbourne again. I spoke to a different receptionist who informed me that the manager had said that I should find a new vet for Milo. I was astounded to be treated this way if someone had explained to me this is not the done thing I would have accepted it and never done it again. I feel like I have been treated like a naughty child and this is my punishment.

Great vets. Took my new kitten there, loved that they remembered her on follow on visits and we saw same vet. Reasonable prices. Great advice and everything explained and time taken to listen to your concerns about my pet. Highly recommend this veterinary practice.
