Very sadly, I had to have my lovely little Lottie put to sleep and life will not be the same without her. She was 20 years old, and had been with me for 17 years, after I rehomed her via the RSPCA. The vet and staff at Highfield were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and caring, and her passing was very peaceful. I can’t thank them enough for their support at this very difficult time. Thank you. Highly recommended for their attitude and patient care.

We definitely recommend this veterinary clinic, as all the vets are so caring and knowledgeable. The reception staff are always friendly and caring too. We think this is the best veterinary clinic around here, wish we discovered this veterinary clinic earlier.

I took my 15 year old male cat yesterday 24 th August 2022 as a Emergency appointment due to him not being well for the last 30 hours. The receptionist was very helpful, polite and caring. I got a appointment very quickly saw the vet which done tests and injections on my cat explained everything which was wrong with my cat. You can tell all the staff that work here love and really care for the animals Expensive price's but worth the money. Highly recommend service A*****
