We went to the clinic here at Jollyes and really loved the team here, Anastasia and Adele. All are incredibly helpful, friendly and warm. Adele really helped solve/fix the bookings in the system because the app isn't very good to use since the interface is difficult to understand. Anastasia was great. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she treats. She is also a genuinely lovely person, which makes the whole experience much more reassuring!

Just went in to look at a rat cage. The perfect one was on display on the top shelf. We asked, not unreasonably, if we could have it down to take a proper look at it. The lady told us no, because it is heavy, so she isn't prepared to get it down if we aren't prepared to buy it! Ridiculous policy - why have display items if you aren't allowed to look at them?

Great shopping experience every time I visit. Extremely helpful staff, always offering to carry the Cat Litter to the car for me - thank you! 🤗 Great prices too, it's so great having such a massive pet store on our doorsteps. Well worth the visit for all your Pet needs.

I recently took my puppies to Jolleyes for their vaccinations and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns before administering the shots. The process was quick and painless for my puppies, who didn't even seem to notice the needle. I appreciate that the staff took the time to explain the different types of vaccinations and which ones were necessary for my puppies based on their age and lifestyle. Overall, I highly recommend Jolleyes for anyone looking for a reliable and caring veterinary clinic for their furry friends.
