Just visited your store in Harlow and what a lovely experience. Your staff member called Christe was so helpful. She had to refill the sunflower hearts as I had used all the stock that was left - the bottom is a long way down. As I had purchased quite an amount she then took my 3 bags to the checkout and after paying she then offered to take my very heavy bag to my car. This was so helpful to me as in the beginning as I continued to fill the bag I found the container very awkward to use. The metal edge was scrapping along my arm as I had to lean over and not only hold the bag that was now on the bottom but try to fill it at the same time. Perhaps you could rethink this system. In the beginning you had bins which were so much easier to use.

Nice big store but the signs for most products was not the items on display, prices were not displayed on some items and unfortunately we couldn't not fund what we was looking for.

Great choice of pet food, but in terms of live food; despite there being a lot of pots available at the time (showing they must have had a delivery recently) in pretty much every one I picked up almost half of the insects were dead. Rather disappointing. Am hoping it was a one off incident

Most of the time availability of variety of brands and pack sizes are very limited. Typically when retailers restrict ranges, then prices are lower but that is not the case either.

Reptile food always half of the pack dead and rotting with a few left barely alive, half of the packs are empty. If this is how Jollyes in Harlow care about live food you probably don’t want to know give your pet any of their processed food. Or buy anything from them at all.
