Always very polite and helpful this is my go shop for all animal supplies. I have rabbits, dogs, guinea pigs, fish and afican giant snails they have everything. Highly reccomend.

I buy CJs cat litter here. It is the only place that I seem to be able to get it! The pet clinic is also very handy. We did have a small issue with a vaccination but Dan was amazing & went out of his way to sort it out for us

My favourite pet shop situated in Princes Road, Dartford. Primarily purchased all my wild bird feed and feeder accessories from this retail.outlet. My praise goes to Jolleys for all my wild bird products obtained here, very often I bought bulk supply periodically and I found all of my needs well displayed on the shelves at reasonably good bargain prices. A modern spacious pet shop and always a joy to visit. Very friendly and helpful staff - always happy I found to assist. One of the main factors I enjoyed visiting the shop and worth the journey from home in Sidcup. 🚘 Well done staff! 😊👍There is a good range of pet products, a dog parlour, and an adjoining car park. Jolleys is situated in a retail park - but on the fringes of Dartford Town centre. Some Bus routes are fairly close to the retail park with an additional walk. I got my first dog. Before I got her, I went to Jolleys so I was prepped. I find walking dogs easier on extendable leads but there was none. But the rest of the stuff, I bought. Love the shop. Friendly staff that gave me advice

The reason for my 2 stars is every time I order from them online I am always missing an item or sent the wrong thing which is infuriating! It isn’t that hard to read an order! And worse still I never get my money back as I order via uber eats and they never refund even when you show them proof so it’s money given away to big corporate company for free and with the cost of living it’s really upsetting to not get what you paid for and to pay a premium as it isn’t cheap! Will not be ordering from them again online as I can’t risk missing items and money given away for free, it’s just not acceptable
