The staff are friendly and very caring. Our cat was a stray and we went to the practise for his injections. They took time to make sure our cat Arthur was relaxed before they administered the vaccine and made sure he was ok afterwards. Highly recommend all the lovely staff, thank you.

Have only ever been to Walton Lodge vets so I can't compare with others, but my cat is always well looked after and the vets, nurses and receptionists are always so friendly, happy, compassionate and caring. What more could you ask for. ♥️

I have been with Walton Lodge for 13 years and always find they are friendly and kind. You don’t feel rushed and they are never pushy about treatments. I highly recommend them.

Should not even give 1 star. I used to take my pet there for yearly vaccinations. However, they are like scammers. They charged me £160 claiming that l haven’t payed the last year. Telling me l needed to renew my contract. I had that contract for 3 years and they decided to not renew it in the last year. Really convenient for them. Last time l went there they charged me £120 for a single check up, and l was thinking my contract renewed. Really disappointing!

Worse experience of my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VETS. 4 months in and my cat still needs to get sorted. Receptionists response and service was appalling. Took my money and I'm still having to arrange the op with another vet after 4 months. Won't tell me how to cancel years direct debit and feel absolutely exhausted from trying to get anywhere. Poor poor animals people are awful.

Would not recommend this vet, very over priced for a very poor service. My experience wasn’t a pleasant one, I was desperate for help with my dogs allergies and it felt like we were going in circles having the same conversation over and over with a new vet. Understand that allergies are challenging but really felt Walton lodge cared more about how much money they can get from you than help treat your animal! After 2 cancellations by the vets for my dog spayed which lead to another season and phantom pregnancy, instead of carrying out a pre operation at 8.45am when I dropped her off, they carried this out at 1.00pm to then call me and advise that they can not proceed with the op due to lactating which is fine.. but the fact they kept my nervous dog in a kennel for 4 hours which was clearly distressing was unacceptable. The older lady on reception is also very miserable and clearly does not enjoy her job. Found her quite rude, I felt uncomfortable to ask any questions. Not the service you would expect for the money paid. In a nutshell would not recommend this place at all.
