I have pet rats and everytime I’ve taken them to this specific practice, I’ve had a great experience . Each time has been amazing, even when we had to say goodbye to one of our beloved ratties. Becca specifically makes these visits wonderful, she’s very lovely!! I know my animals are in great hands here. Definitely would recommend!! Especially if you have rats 🐀

Without doubt and on every single occasion with all our pets, the team at Chestnuts are awesome. The nurses, vets, admin team , front of house teams all offer consistent professionalism, kindness and expert advice and care. The love genuine respect they all have for animals is evident in all that they do.. Chestnuts are always there for us - they feel like family , there when we need words of advice, where incredible with our elderly cat throughout her end of life journey and with their help this wonderful, late adopted, 18year old girl lived to be 21 against all predictions. We have been using chestnuts for 12 years - have four cats , the youngest had her first appointment this week and was treated like royalty . We would never dream of going anywhere else. Thankyou all for everything you all do x

We were given some awful news about our cat, Sid. He was jaundice, with an inflamed liver and had lost a significant amount of weight. Helen, Barbara and the team at Chestnuts gave us our options and were so thoughtful and lovely the whole time we were there. Sid is slowly and hopefully on the mend now. Thank you for being there for us during this difficult time!
