North Weald Vets

Relaxed atmosphere, Amanda and Emma are marvellous. Great money saving pets club. Treatment always available. Knowledgeable vetinary nurses and receptionist. And above all a tree great professional independent vetinary practise. We took our Border Terrier for her yearly check up and apparently she's perfect...

Amanda has helped my elderly dog to get a lot more out of life…hopefully more healthy time too. I was worried about my dog being subjected to test after test but a blood test revealed a lot that could be improved for Murphy with some meds. My trust in vet’s practices has been restored. Thank you to all involved.

Brilliant service. The nurses helped my elderly dog in and out of the car for me. Vet explained things very well and suggested treatment plans clearly

My dog was very poorly, I called and within an hour we were being looked after by the friendly team who diagnosed what was wrong very quickly. The vet explained everything and told me the cost as we went along. I am extremely grateful and Eric is now on the mend

I had an emergency with mu pup yesterday morning rang North Weald who were wonderful said bring h er straight away, on arrival met lovely receptionist who was calm and caring and taken in to see the vet.Lovely vet reassured both me and Lola!!thorough examination spoke about treatment, cam away feeling so positive and thankfully Lola back to her happy self.Thank you North Weald vets for all your help.

We previously used another local practice for our old cat, where we often faced various issues. Since switching to North Weald Vets with our two new kittens a year ago, I couldn’t be happier. The easy online booking system makes appointments hassle-free, and the receptionists always provide prompt, attentive service, whether in person or over the phone. The vets we’ve seen have been consistently caring, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable veterinary care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Both my cats went into be spayed, they were given a head cone with no alternative as no recovery suits in stock. One of the cats was stuffed tightly into a suit that was at least two size too small, her tail and legs stuffed in we had a 15 min car journey home without noticing and her meowing thinking it was from stress of being in the car but it was because she was uncomfortable in the suit!!! We had to physically cut the suit to relieve her discomfort. We called the surgery and they said there was no alternative and they weren’t even sorry about what had happened.

All the staff at the vets are very friendly. They are very sympathetic to any concerns you may have. All All my dogs have gone to Noth Weald vets. Even when my old dogs could no longer go on they dealt with it the situation with much dignity. Would highly recommend the practice.
