Bud our pointer had his yearly vacation he is very nervous at the vets but was made so at ease by the practice nurse who sat on the floor with him and the vet Bud soon realised if he was brave he would get treats and cuddles which made his experience all the better. Thank you from Bud 💙

Wonderful service. I brought my miniature dachshund here after our usual vets in Midsomer Norton quoted me an extortionate amount to clean and remove some of his teeth. I enquired at Natures vets as I saw online they had a teeth cleaning offer. I was given 3 quotes based on best and worst case scenario, the worst case still being £350 cheaper than my vets. The staff were friendly and caring despite my dachshund being very stroppy and growling through fear, they spoke about him in a lovely way. When I collected him to my surprise he actually needed a lot more surgery than expected, 22 teeth removed. Fair enough i thought I would be given the highest quote but my bill was £200 cheaper than the highest and I was given 10% off for being a Bluelight card holder. I’m now seriously considering moving both my dogs to here as they really were faultless. Thank you Natures Vets, we will be returning!

Lovely vets, my very very nervous and fear reactive 45kg dog is completely at ease with the veterinary staff here. Whilst she's muzzled, the vets we have seen have been fantastic with her. I do think it's the gravy bones, but still they're patience and knowledge is great. The reception staff are welcoming and engaging.

It was a nice calm experience for me and my kitten, although I sat in the wrong area, as it was quiet it was okay, lovely friendly staff, he went for a health check. Didn't pay a penny as I joined the health plan beforehand so that was great, highly recommend this. I'm glad I chose to join with them. The practice is a good open waiting area, with reasonable priced toys food etc, would definitely recommend.
