I first contacted Vets4Pets Bath a few years ago for a second opinion for my late Chihuahua when she was very poorly. I wasn’t getting anywhere with my previous vet, but I knew something wasn’t right. Robin saw her the same day, identified the issue, and operated the next day, saving her life and giving us more precious time with her, which meant everything. Since then, I got Remi, and he has been amazing with her. She is very reactive at the vets (sorry, Robin!), but he handles her with so much care and patience, nothing ever seems too much. I now have another Chihuahua, and he treats them both like his own. He remembers everything about them, even my late girl, which really shows how much he genuinely cares. The receptionists are lovely and helpful, and if Robin isn’t available, I know my dogs are in safe hands with any of the other vets. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet or considering a change. I was with my previous vets for 10 years, so I know it’s not easy, but you won’t look back, for yourself or your furry best friend - Thank you, Robin & Team, Amie ⭐️

The team at Vets for Pets Bath have been absolutely fantastic and genuinely supportive over the past few months. I’m quite open about being particular with the services I use and the people I trust, but Jo, the vet, has been consistently personable, kind and caring. She takes the time to understand not just the pets, but the person behind them and their circumstances. Jo has always been upfront, honest and respectful when discussing costs, and she’s given the best advice possible every step of the way. The reception team are equally brilliant. They’re approachable, warm and attentive. I’ve noticed they recognise their customers straight away, often checking you in before you’ve even reached the desk. They always take a moment to explain things clearly, answer questions and genuinely give you their time. Overall, this has to be one of the best vets I’ve ever been to. Thank you all.

We have three pets registered with Vets4Pets and always find the team really helpful, responsive and friendly. We never have issues booking in, get seen to quickly and are greeted nicely. We are currently needing ongoing treatment for out Kitten and every vet we have seen has been really informative.

The whole team is amazing and my kitten genuinely loves coming to the vets! They always make a fuss of him which he adores. Anytime I call, all the receptionists are absolutely lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I’m confident that my baby is in good hands with the Vets4pets team. They’re patient, welcoming, kind and it’s apparent that they genuinely love and care for the animals that come in. Mark and Robin and have both been brilliant with Loki, even having a chuckle when curiosity got the better of him and he ended up walking round the back of the computer and jumping in the sink!😂 My kitten always feels comfortable and relaxed when we visit and so do I. Thank you for everything you all do!

Following an escalating series of unpredictable & unprovoked human & canine biting incidents, the last of which was really serious for the other dog, we took the gut wrenching decision to euthanise our lovely 2 year old rescue terrier Harry. We already loved Harry dearly & - I think - he us. He was, 95% of the time, an absolute bright delight, but his rage was coming out of the blue each time & his ferocity had escalated to a point that he was clearly trying to kill. We will never know what awful things he had been through to trigger this periodic aggression, but when the red mist descended, he was a danger to himself, us & any child or dog he met. Robin the vet was amazing, carefully taking us through all our (limited) options on the phone at home after the latest incident. Once our decision was made, he advised on meds at home so we could bring Harry (who could not normally travel in a car or be put on a lead without becoming hysterical) in without any further distress. We were both in bits when we arrived & the receptionists were incredibly kind. Robin showed such compassion & respect for Harry & for us & Harry was never distressed at any point during the final process. If anyone finds themselves needing advice & support in a similar situation I could not recommend this practice, & Robin in particular, more highly. RIP little Harry, our "Ginger Ninja"

My 11 week old puppy managed to get stung by the bee. I took him straight down to the vet as his eyes and mouth suddenly swelled up! They saw him straight away and he's now fine. Great service.
