They were there for every step of Molly's life. From her puppy vaccinations, to her last appointment, nearly 18 years later. Today, the vet (also called Molly) dealt with us with incredible compassion on one of the hardest days imaginable. Thank you so much for being so kind, for caring for Molly through her senior years, and for telling us honestly when it was time to let her go.

Really friendly and welcoming vet practice with good customer service by the reception team and some extremely kind, caring and gentle vets who have taken time to support my very anxious dog during visits

As always the staff - receptionists, vet nurse and vet (ion this visit Alison and Helen, Linda and Molly) - are prefessional and also personable and compassionate. A smile greets you when you arrive and a smile sees you out the door. Even when the news isn't great for your pet you know that the staff really cares about seeing the best and mosst appropriate thing is done for your furry family member.

Brilliant nurse at Station Road. My elderly cat sat quietly and didn’t get in a state when she had her nails cut. Thanks very much.

Amazing vets; so welcoming, friendly and helpful. My dog Buttercup is always so well cared for and they always pay particular attention to her nervous nature and do all in their power to keep he calm, comfortable and happy every visit…they’re so brilliant she actually appears excited to go in now! (She loves the liver snaps at reception hehe) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We have always had excellent experiences with this vet, no matter who we saw. Our dog always received excellent care and everyone was incredibly friendly. When we recently had to have her put to sleep, they treated us and her with such kindness and compassion and were always honest with their advice.

As a family we could not recommended this practice more highly. We had a medical emergency with our dog and they were so reassuring, making an appt within a very short time. In my 50 years visiting vets I have not experienced such an unhurried focused appointment. We learned so much about the health and body of our little dog and felt totally confident and reassured by her diagnosis and treatment. The welcome was so warm and our little was happy in the reception and the vet so detailed and gentle with her examination. She’s on the road to recovery now a big thank you to the whole team. Absolutely wonderful Thank you all.

Heart Broken Experience - As first-time pet owners, we trusted the vet to provide the right care and guidance. At our initial appointment, we were given a gel treatment — something we later found available over the counter on Amazon. We were not advised that antibiotics were necessary. Tragically, after just three days of using the gel, our pet lost an eye. For the second appointment, we specifically requested a different vet, but were seen by the same one again. This was extremely disappointing. The vet showed no compassion and did not acknowledge that delaying the appropriate treatment may have caused our pet’s condition to worsen. We paid £64 for the first visit and £128 for the second. We are heartbroken and feel profoundly let down by the care we received. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this veterinary practice
