I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PET DRUGS ON LINE. THEY CONTACT ME WITH GREAT DEALS ON THEIR PRODUCTS. I CAN SAVE A LOT OF MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is excellent. Being a dog rescue low prices are very important to me. Basset Rescue UK by Lyn Bailey.

I purchased an item from PetDrugs and paid extra for special next-day delivery, which clearly was not fulfilled. Two days have passed and the package has still not been delivered by DHL. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that neither PetDrugs nor DHL provide customer service during the weekend, leaving me with no information at all about my order, despite having paid for a premium delivery service. Due to the failure to meet the promised delivery time and the lack of customer support, I have requested a refund for the delivery fee, as the service I paid for was not provided. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. Charging for expedited shipping should come with accountability and proper customer support when issues arise. I would not recommend paying for special delivery if timelines and support cannot be guaranteed.

This email serves as a formal complaint, executive escalation, and final notice regarding your continued failure to fulfil my order despite payment having been taken and a valid veterinary prescription being provided over a week ago. To be absolutely clear, the facts are not in dispute: You accepted payment immediately. You are in possession of a genuine veterinary prescription, correctly issued and explicitly stating the required quantity of tablets. The order placed exactly matches the prescription. You have failed to supply the medication within a reasonable timeframe. The medication is required for pain management in a rescued dog with a diagnosed medical condition. This is not discretionary treatment. Your delay is not administrative inconvenience — it is directly contributing to unnecessary suffering. Your suggestion of a refund and cancellation is unacceptable and inappropriate. It is not a remedy. A contract was formed when payment was taken. I did not make an error. The prescription is correct. The order is correct. Your failure to supply constitutes non-performance on your part. At this stage, your continued withholding of the medication may constitute: Breach of contract Failure to act with due professional care Potential non-compliance with regulatory obligations governing the supply of prescription veterinary medicines If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate without further notice, including formal complaints to the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and any other relevant regulatory, professional, or consumer protection bodies. This situation should never have reached this point. The resolution is simple and entirely within your control. I require written confirmation today that the medication has been released and dispatched without further delay. Confirm dispatch. Kindly address me as Mr Eltaki, we are not on first name basis .

10 days still no pain killer for elderly dog. More complaints daily yet 5* reviews - are these regulator checked reviews? 11am Told today DHL to blame but Pet Drugs Online dont track orders to locate whereabouts - not been dispatched. Said DHL have order. Then reassured I'd have it tomorrow - day 10. Tonight dispatch note has come advising they have sent to my old address - despite my order clearly advising of the shipping address. Utter incompetence. And that is the Customer Services Team Leader wowser. Controlled drug lost and now posted to wrong address?? Concerning. Original - this morning was Causing animal to suffer in pain!!! My prescription marked as urgent 8 days old and paid next day urgent. Not received. Not even dispatched! Emails not replied. Phones turned off.'staff training message' remains on. Should be reportable to regulator.

2 stars, as my order was despatched promptly. Would have given 0 stars for Customer Service. My 3 boxes of controlled medication were crushed and torn, luckily the tablets were still intact, tho a few of the blister packs were split down the middle. However the tube of canine toothpaste was badly bent in the middle, possibly damaged inside. I sent several clear photos to customer service. Received a reply from Connie, whose care and empathy were severely lacking. 'She wanted to know what my problem was... The tablets were ok, the toothpaste box was slightly squashed, but the toothpaste looks fine to use'. The point that when a customer purchases expensive products and is charged a hefty £6.99 for delivery, they might expect their goods to arrive in decent condition is clearly way over her head. What an attitude! I'll be purchasing from an alternative supplier in future...
