Amazing vets! We recently adopted three rescue kittens and have gone to Kelston vets multiple times for their injections, microchips and neutering- each time has been a great experience!

I love this vets and have been a long-time client. I even left this review a year ago praising their attentiveness and care. The team were always kind and clearly cared about Layla’s wellbeing. However, I’ve had to revise this review after what happened in the final year of her life. Layla was brought in multiple times with abdominal discomfort, shaking, lethargy, and chest lumps. These were treated as isolated issues (anxiety, arthritis, lipomas), but only in her final two weeks was a lung mass discovered, and she sadly passed shortly after. I believe earlier investigation or pain relief could have eased her suffering and possibly extended her quality of life. I’m not writing this to criticise unfairly, but to encourage other pet owners to trust their instincts, push for answers, and seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right. I wish things had gone differently. This is Layla. She was a bright, loving companion, and I miss her dearly.

The best vets in Bath by far. Our dog has been at another independent vet practice and Bath Vet Group but the welcoming atmosphere and first class vet service has been so much better at Kelston Vets. Our dog is complex physically and emotionally and the care he, and we as owners, gets is first class. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing vets, I have recently changed to these vets as my last vets wasn't very good with my nervous spaniel and were really pushy on treatments. This vet is honestly the best vets I've ever been to, highly recommend. The receptionist was brilliant and super welcoming it was my first visit but certainly won't be my last !!! Max says thank you for being patient with him.

Kelston Vets are an independent practice that really care, we joined a couple of years ago and I’m so glad we did. Friendly staff, cost per visit is reasonably priced and nothing is too much trouble. A good honest practice
