The practice is open six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Monday to Friday, it is open from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturdays, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. On Sundays, the centre is closed, to offer our staff some well-deserved rest and family time.

There is also a client car park available on-site, to the side of the practice. Their veterinary surgeons, Mr Laurence Webb and Dr Stella McLachlan, are both highly qualified and experienced professionals who have been providing exceptional veterinary care for most of their adult lives. The head nurse, Miss Sarah Blackbourn, is equally competent and dedicated.

Furthermore, the nurses are qualified and certified in RVN, BSc(hons), and veterinary care assistants’ accreditation resulting in full compliance with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ (RCVS) guidelines and the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia.
