Appalled at the service from a particular vet when our baby was put to sleep unexpectedly. Sat tapping the syringe of drugs whilst we were saying goodbye and wrapped our baby in a plastic sheet afterwards and swept him away before we had even left the room. What was already a horrific time made even more horrific by the manner and attitude of this vet and less than 48 hours after being put to sleep, i had a call asking for payment! Very unempathetic and uncaring. Will definitely not be using pet doctors again. If you want your pets to be loved and well cared for, this isn't the vet to go to.

Sophie who was on reception was just incredible🙌🏻I was very tearful when I called up, and the level of empathy and compassion not only on the phone, but also in person was so refreshing! She was an absolute star. Thank you for being so understanding! Also the vets we had seen on both Ernie and Jerry’s recent visits were so lovely, I didn’t manage to grab their names but thank you as well for helping and being so kind, too.

Couldn’t rate this place highly enough. Called at midnight and seen instantly!! Joel and Alice were brilliant and next time my Spaniel does something he should not I’ll be back in a heat beat. Thank you so much.

We had such a wonderful experience under very stressful circumstances. We had to rush in earlier than planned after our Labrador swallowed bait with a fishing hook in it at the beach. As you can imagine, we were completely panicked. From the moment we called, we were met with kindness and reassurance. Every single staff member we encountered was amazing, compassionate, supportive, and calm at every step. They explained everything clearly, kept us informed throughout, and truly helped put our minds at ease. What started as a very upsetting situation was handled with such professionalism and care. We’re incredibly grateful for the support we received and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy!

Whilst on holiday, my cockapoo Daisy injured her leg, but a thorough examination by vet Eleonora led to the need for a blood test, which in turn raised an unrelated issue to her leg. Daisy is 7 years old and this is the most extensive vet examination she has ever had. This vet practice is open 24/7 and is very professional and sophisticated. Thoroughly recommended

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Extremely disappointing experience with this practice, where the vets poor decisions meant my darling Jangles died in my arms within 30 minutes of me collecting him to take him home. He was home for 15 minutes before we were driving back and he died in an incredibly traumatic way on the way back to the vets. Every decision this vet made and informed us of the entire way has been since lied about, protecting themselves. A £4,800 bill for a now dead cat. No aftercare (which we were told was included in that bill) was removed, despite the fact he did not receive after care. Absolutely disgusting practice, all they care about is money and do not care for your animals. Move to one of the other practices on the island that actually care. My heart is in pieces from the loss of my boy, and I will never emotionally recover from this. Save yourself and your pets and boycott this place. Some pictures of my beautiful boy for attention, and he deserved better than the horrendous treatment he received here.
