Up to now we have always been happy with the service but this time I feel they let my cat down hundreds spent and becsuse results take such a long time to arrive and he became so poorly we felt we had to say goodbye bless him and we find ourselves waiting for results over a week later. I am so disappointed

We've always had a fantastic experience with this practice. All staff are very friendly and polite, you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. Super compassionate when it comes to the end of life visits also. Would highly recommend!

We were on holiday and our dog Millie managed to cut her leg quite deeply. Carisbrooke saw us straight away and stitched the wound there and then. They explained everything very clearly and provided excellent aftercare information and advice. We also found the fees compared with our own vet at home to be very reasonable. Hopefully when we holiday here again nothing like this will happen again but we would recommend them 100%. Thank you very much.

As a family we have been using this vets for all our pets. The service is faultless, staff so friendly and loving to our pets. I feel safe knowing I have Carisbrooke Vets looking after my fur babies.

Fantastic receptionist who was just a lovely person, really caring and understanding. The vet I saw very very good, explained everything concisely, very good with my dog. The only thing that would make it perfect for me is to see the same vet, the reason I say this the dog gets used to the same vet every time and the vet knows the dog.
