Telephone to the vets, I explained the problem with my dog ( Harry) I was given advice to buy a product from ' Pets are us' in Newport. This cleared my dogs' tummy problem' Thank you Shirley.

Tried to ring the Pharmacy several times and no answer. Sent an email but did not receive any confirmation it had been received or actioned. Rang reception who informed me the prescription had been done but were too busy to email me a response. Guess they need more staff.

The staff are so friendly, I had to take my dog in, who isn't even registered with them, as she had a fish hook embedded in her mouth, no delays, sedation and removed straight away. Brilliant service, thank you all.

We have been clients at Island Vetcare for several years now, and have always received the best possible care and kindness from all the staff (especiallyJessica and Mariella). Today, we went in expecting our Cherry to have surgery (which we really didn't want to put her through) and met with Jean-Paul. He listened to our concerns, checked her over, and sorted the problem without surgery. He was friendly, kind, caring and extremely efficient! Thank you always
