Brilliant, friendly staff. Vet and nurse were really good with our dog who was really unwell. Referral made on to 24 hour vets for overnight care promptly.

Kind and caring very knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in our cat. Prices were reasonable and explained in full.

Never had a problem here until now I went to get flea spray treatment they are charging double the price, online is £12. I should have checked online before but something that costs £12 online they are charging over £33 ripping people off is disgusting. They said they need to make money I’m pretty sure charging double is not necessary. I couldn’t return it to the practice even though I brought it today. I was told when it’s left the building it can’t be returned it wasn’t even touched. Only ever brought cats for there injections never had problem with the vets but not happy with this.
