Medivet - Bermuda Park

My pet dog had her booster, health check and treatment for an infection in her ears last week. The service was so efficient with the receptionist getting me an appointment the next day. Francesca the vet was very thorough with the health check and detected a problem that needed to be monitored. She was gentle and reassuring to Ruby my dog throughout the process. A veterinary practice the genuinely cares about our pets.

We visited Medivet Bermuda Park with our dog and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — they took the time to explain everything clearly and made both us and our pup feel at ease. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and you can really feel that the team loves what they do. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Highly recommended — we’re very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. 🐾

Medivet is amazing. Mark is fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly puts the animals first. After a long search for a vet I can trust with my birds, I finally feel confident they’re getting the best care. Highly recommend.

My cat has been registered with Medivet for nearly a year now. I did my research into the best vets in the area and read nothing but good things about Medivet. They are brilliant. I also have a healthcare plan with them and they also helped me with insurance. I can't fault anything about the vets. The staff are incredible and so kind and caring towards me and my cat. I'm a first time pet owner and they make everything so easy for us. By the end of my cat's appointments, she doesn't want to leave the vets! Even with emergency appointments, they have really good availability. When it comes to the health care plan, I got an email to say my girl was due her health check. Booking the appointment was so easy. Medivet are better than doctors for us! The staff are incredible at their jobs and I can't recommend the vets enough. This is the best vet

I have just had Rspca dog . And I have another dog who been going to medi vets for over 2 years. I seen Mark this morning . He is so lovely so caring knowing my new dog morgana was nervous. He explained everything to do with her check ups . With Arthur and now morgana I wouldn't go no where else. All the vets at the practice are caring . And staff including receptionists are so lovely and friendly. Considering my lhasa apso turns into Mike tyson when he visits the vets 😂 thankyou

I moved here from London, and finding the best vets was my absolute top priority. Although I travel a little further to get here, I can confidently say this practice is amazing. All of my dogs are seen here, and I always feel extremely informed after every visit. I’ve even signed up for the plan for all the dogs. The only reason I wouldn’t give five stars is that I wish they were open on weekends and had an emergency hospital service, as they are amazing. My dog has had several traumatic experiences at a previous vet after being attacked by two dogs on two separate occasions, which resulted in a partial tail amputation and a few injuries. He hasn’t fully recovered from that trauma, especially after they were cleaning his painful cuts and holding him down without anaesthetic or any pain relief. Because of this, he’s understandably fearful of unfamiliar people, new places, and being away, but this vet has truly helped ease him back in (although he’s still a little bit and miss with trusting the kennel cough depending on the day). With each visit, I can see his confidence growing, and that means the world to me. The reception staff are also fantastic always incredibly friendly and welcoming and I love how they send reminders. Highly recommended.
