My 2-year-old cat Marmalade just underwent a neuter surgery here in mid-May, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Initially, I was a bit anxious about leaving my cat at the clinic, but the receptionist was absolutely wonderful. They were so polite, incredibly patient, and reassuring, which instantly put my mind at ease when I handed my cat over. As for the vet, Dr. Eric Majerski, he was phenomenal—not only highly professional and skilled, but also extremely polite and genuinely caring towards animals. The surgery went perfectly, and Marmalade has recovered beautifully. The incision is healing incredibly well and looks very neat. I am so grateful to the entire team for taking such great care of my fur baby. If you are looking for a trustworthy clinic with a compassionate and skilled team, this is the place to go!

I took my cat in for a check up and some meds, dealt with quickly and very professionally. The cat passed with flying colours and had his new meds prescribed with no fuss but my only gripe is the actual cost of the meds. Vets do a great job and ours is no exception but wow the cost.

I had to put my beloved pet to sleep this week and can not rate the care and compassion highly enough! She was given treats including naughty chocolate, was petted and fussed continuously and cleaned up after when she had an accident. Both the receptionists and the vet were outstanding and I'd highly recommend. Thankyou so much all of you for treating my Milly with all the respect she deserved!

Staff are brilliant here , they are so good with my cat as she’s a bit nervous for vet visits. They’re really welcoming and look after your pets so well. Offering advice and tips if needed too!

I changed to Medivet/Feldon's at Coventry Road after taking my mum's dog to an appointment and being impressed with their reception staff and vet. The changeover was very easy and they arranged an appointment on the same day as my cat was poorly. The previous vet I was registered to had poor access to appointments in comparison. So far I've been very happy with my experience.

First time at the vets and it was lovely! The lady on the front desk was helpful and chatty (in a good way!) and the vet was lovely too! Our little (huge) puppy wasn’t very cooperative but the vet was very patient and kind! Have already recommended you to my first who has a puppy too Thank you!
