We have dealt with multiple vets at the clinic who have all been professional and friendly. Our dog is not a big fan of the vets yet they always deal with our visits with understanding and professionalism to ensure his needs are met. The assistants and reception staff are also a credit to the practice.

Super friendly staff, special mention for Deborah who has been absolutely exceptional with service to me and my partner, we have two cats now with rosehill and Deborah is always excited to see them and really makes an effort to go out her away and beyond with our kitties. Very great staff here and are always smiling even after being shouted abuse at by other customers. Will be staying with rosehill for our current and future pets. Love Amy & James (Miso & Nacho)

I have always found it welcoming on arrival. They have listened advised and checked up on treatment is working. It helps having the Pet Care Plan in place. Also they sorted out my insurance claim with Animal Friends which made things really smooth with the process. Thank you.

Fantastic, I woke up thinking I was going to have my boy put to sleep and couldent stop crying. But NO he is still with me for how much longer I dont know but fingers crossed. The vet and nurse that came to me were fantastic, so careing. Thank you so much Andy and Chloe. Also my daughter would like to thank the lady at reception as she was so helpful and caring too.

All the staff are kind including the vets & my pet was treated well but the prices for medication from their in-house pharmacy are now seriously over the top. 28 tablets & small bottle ear drops £204. What’s more the cost was £64 more than the vet had said it would be during the consult - so an expensive surprise when I got to reception.

Disgusting excuse of a vets. The vet barely looked at his paw when my dog was there, and didn't take his temp or any other standard checks when there is a high possibility of infection. Even worse when I contested the £75 consultation fee and I was refused to his medication £220 (5 times the price online) unless I also paid the £75 totalling £295 so I could either leave my dog suffering and wait for the consultant to call me later to justify this inadequate consultation or pay the awful vets (obviously I paid) every other vets I spoke to was so much more helpful

Lovely caring, patient vets. We have a rescue who can be reactive when under stress and she knew on our 1st appointment knew what to do to relax her (without sedation) to allow them to cut her claws. Something other vets haven't managed.

Took my very nervous cat for a steroid injection today, everyone was lovely. The vet was brilliant we talked through options took her time to check my nervous cat over and ensure she was healthy. We discussed steps going forward. Postive experience 20mins in and out thank you from me and Mia

My dog was admitted as an emergency case and due to previously losing my last dog suddenly a few years, I was in a highly anxious state. The team were able to see my dog immediately upon calling and were very supportive, reassuring and kind. They looked after me as well as my dog. Treatment was swift, fully informed and it was heart warming to see how much they cared for my dog. Thank you everyone for helping me through what was a scary day for me!
