Cannot rate our experience highly enough. Recently had to out our 22 year old cat, Matilda, to sleep. The vet was so kind and understanding . She ensured Matildas life ended quickly and peacefully.

brought my snake in today, at 2 am, jordan who had very little knowledge on snakes did everything he could to help me and my boy, he had clearly spent the time it took us to get to him researching how best to help us and how to administer the correct treatment, he reassured us and made us feel like we weee in safe hands. cannot thank you enough for how kindly you responded to such a peculiar situation. highly recommend!!!

I just wanted to share our amazing experience of Woodlands at a very difficult time. Our dog became unwell just before Christmas and we had to take him to Woodlands as they were the out of hours vets. Unfortunately our dog passed away but the kindness, care, compassion and assistance from all staff was impeccable from start to finish. It made a very difficult time a bit easier to manage and I can’t thank them or recommend this practice enough.

I moved here after leaving my last vets as they were rude and didn’t seem to care much for animals! Anyway, Woodside is thankfully totally different, the care they take with my dog is very reassuring and reception staff are so helpful and friendly.

I can’t thank Alan enough for his advice and the treatment he provided for my Frenchie (Willow). We saw him out of hours and he went completely out of his way to help us to decide the best course of action for Willow. He really put us at ease and it was obvious he just wanted the best for Willow. I’m very appreciative for the service he provided! The receptionist was also very lovely and very caring towards Willow.

I cannot thank woodlands enough. The vet we saw this evening was just amazing. So compassionate and caring. Had to visit the emergency vets due to my female cat having issues peeing and I’m a helicopter mama. I’ve never felt so looked after. Everything was explained beautifully and my mind put completely at ease. Cannot thank her enough. Now to try and get Maya (my cat) to take these meds haha and watch her like a hawk to make sure she improves! Thank you (picture of said patient enjoying her catnap)

I cannot thank the Woodlands team enough for their kindness and dedication over the last week. My cat fell ill on Christmas Day and we ended up at Woodlands on Boxing Day treating him for an extreme UTI. Emergency staff were excellent, as were all the other staff I met over the last week. I was constantly talked through my options in a professional and respectful manner. Special thanks goes to Chloe for our final visit yesterday - a very hard decision to make, but she was compassionate, patient and did everything to make the experience as dignified as possible. Here's a few of Fred in better days ❤️
