We have been using Plymouth veterinary group for a few years now, they never have a problem with booking quick and helpful check ups or emergency appointments, when our cat- who sadly had to be pts last year we found everyone was so amazing, kind, friendly and compassionate. There was no question about signing the newest member of our family Maxi up with them too! He has already had his first visit and again everyone is just fantastic, the actual practice is so clean, professional and lovely atmosphere, our pup was so relaxed he can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Jo and her Puppy Academy classes enough. Attending with my two puppies has been such a wonderful experience. Jo’s knowledge of dog behaviour is incredible, watching how naturally in tune she is with the pups is genuinely amazing. She explains things in a way that makes everything easy to understand, and I’ve learned so much from her. The confidence she has given me when handling and training my two puppies is invaluable. Jo is also such a warm, honest and funny person. She’s very easy to talk to and I’ve really enjoyed our conversations during the sessions. She creates such a welcoming and supportive environment for both dogs and owners. Even when I’m out walking my puppies now, I often find myself thinking, “What would Jo say?” which shows just how much her advice and guidance has stayed with me. If you love dogs as much as Jo does, she’s exactly the kind of person you want teaching you. I feel very lucky to have found her Puppy Academy and would recommend her to anyone starting their journey with a puppy.

Just completed Puppy Training class with Jo, these sessions are excellent and free if you are part of pet club plan. We've learnt so much in the few sessions we've attended, from basic training to socialisation. Lots of information sheets provided too. Would 100% recommend thanks Jo!

I highly recommend Plymouth Veterinary Hospital. We recently took our dog, Honey, in for a suspected cruciate ligament tear, and the staff were wonderful. Lauren at reception was lovely and so helpful. A huge thank you to Simon, who was incredibly patient with Honey. She has a major vet phobia, and while nothing can truly put her at ease in a clinic, Simon was gentle, kind, and understanding of her fear. Honey is family to us, and we are so grateful to have found a team that treated her with such genuine compassion. Amazing service! I would recommend😊

Recently finished puppy class with Jo. Jo was very friendly, informative and accommodating sorting out classes for us. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the classes. Jo continues to support us well after the sessions have finished, for which we are very grateful. Denny loved meeting all the other dogs.

We've just completed our puppy training with Jo and it's been a fantastic experience. She's been incredibly supportive, always available to offer advice and help us navigate any challenges with our little bundle of joy. The WhatsApp group has been a great addition — it's been lovely connecting with other puppy owners, sharing tips and tricks, and discovering new ways to keep our pups entertained, from toys to scent mats and more. Thank you so much for all the helpful information and the email leaflets — they've been great. Our little boy says a big thank you too! 💙 xx
