The reception was excellent, Katherine was professional, friendly and engaging. the nurse, Melanie, was similarly wonderful both were professional, wonderful with Troy giving his injection, examining his lumps and bumps as well as his teeth and gums. Troy enjoys his visits, as do I!!

Outrageous prices, average service. 950 for an upset stomach treatment. All they cared about was the bill. Hope the insurance pays!

I had to take my 15 year old dog Roxy for her dreaded final visit. The surgery was quiet and a room prepared for us, the staff were brilliant, receptionist (nurse?) & Vet were so kind, considerate and professional, Roxy wasn’t stressed or upset at all, unlike me. I don’t know their names but, I can’t thank them enough. A credit to their profession and the surgery. Thank you.

Very happy with Plymouth Veterinary Group especially with Jo from the Puppy Academy! This woman is full of useful information and a whole lot of passion for what she does. It has been such a pleasure to attend her zoom meetings and the puppy classes. She goes over and above and deserves so much appreciation and praise. Thank you for everything Jo!

We have been with PVG for years now, never a bad word to say, every member of staff is so caring whenever we visit. We have loved the Puppy Academy with Jo, it’s been so insightful and we’ve been applying everything we’ve learnt. Caly, our little Doberman puppy is so happy and developing tremendously well. Everyone that visits us has mentioned how well behaved she is, and we can naturally see a progression in her eagerness to explore and be nothing but a happy doggo. The WhatsApp group is brilliant, lovely atmosphere and some excellent tips shared daily. Truly no advice on how to improve the classes, Jo is amazing and she brings a great humour alongside inspiring knowledge to the classes. Thanks for all your help Jo, 10/10 from us! Couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone that is registered with PVG that starts their journey with a puppy. 💫
