We have been with Elm vets now for 5 years. Always very friendly and have a smile on their faces. My Rosie has her injections, check ups etc. The vet she isually sees is Martin and he is always very approachable and easy to talk to. Takes time to examine her and answers any questions we may have. Fantastic vets and would highly recommend.

I have been using this vet for over 35 years and they are the best in Plymouth. The Reception staff are so kind and will always find you an appointment and welcome you. Personally I cannot rate how much compassion Jane Madge has given me particularly over the last few years with my beautiful Labradoodle Lilly. Sadly her time came to an end last Friday and I trusted Jane's opinion 100% she was so comforting not only to my husband and I but to Lilly as well - a personal big hug to you Jane from us both Not only are you professional you really do care and it shines through in abundance - thank you

We love Elm Milhouse. They supported our previous dog Treacle from the first visit to the last goodbye with compassion and genuine warmth so there was never a question that our new Pup Mena wouldn't also be with them. Kind, knowledgeable, open and honest. A brilliant practice with absolutely wonderful staff.

I took my pooch to Elm after she collapsed yesterday. They were incredibly supportive and helpful and got me sorted with a referral to a specialist clinic later that day. It was incredibly traumatic, but the staff were really empathetic and kept me from falling apart! We are now back home and doggo is looking more like her normal self.

I had my first appointment with Elm vets today . I became the owner of a 6 year old Herman's tortoise 7 weeks ago . I believed Bows beak to be very overgrown . I also wasn't sure of the sex . I had a lovely conversation with Danielle , the young lady on reception . She was interested in my pet and even printed off information sheets for me . Thank you Danielle for our conversation , you went above and beyond . Thank you Fernando , you are the nicest vet I have encountered . A tortoise isn't the easiest animal to deal with . You were professional , personable and your enthusiasm for my pet was great . I had a lovely time , Bow is already eating much better and if he could he would thank you too . Very highly recommended .

So good at listening and giving my cat the care and treatment he needs for now. Now for my cat he was in alot of pain but he knows he is at the Dr's and OMG he was so good for the clinician to examine him and to do test, and give injections with no problems. He's Such a good boy at home now with treatment 🤞🙏 Thankyou Clinician your the best.
