Our dog, Mia, was seen as an emergency and we were very satisfied with her treatment. This wasn’t our usual branch but they made Mia very welcome and were kind and caring. We were very impressed.

The surgery is always clean and well presented, both internally and externally. I find the staff on reception, the nurses and the vetinarians friendly, helpful and they actually care about my dog.

Disappointing experience at the vets, £75 for a 5-minute consultation and £101 for ear drops seems excessive. Feels like they're more focused on making money than helping animals, also I found the same ear drops £18.00 on line! Good news is the CMA is going to tackle this by march this year! they have found many owners of pets not going to vets because of the cost! so these vets and their prices are actually killing many animals as cost is to high! absolutely disgusting!

Very poor practice with flea treatment. Repeatedly dispensing tablets instead of pipettes. Even though it states on the notes that our dog does not tolerate the tablets. Unsure how to make it any clearer to the practice.

Good overall experience.. very friendly helpful staff.. listened to any concerns.. definitely better now that there's a separate cat waiting area as my cat really nervous of dogs.. like the healthy pet club as no unexpected surprises as check up & injections included in monthly cost.. well done to everyone at the plympron vet centre!

Such a compassionate and thoughtful team when my cat was unfortunately hit by a car and passed away. The lovely lady who phoned me to let me know that he'd been brought in was so empathetic and they saved his paw prints for me which is really lovely. Thank you for your kindness during some difficult times.

They could not have been kinder, or more caring for a little dog we found lost and took to be scanned. They were really concerned, and phoned us back to tell us the dog had found its loving owner. Terribly nice people.
