Very friendly and always helpful. I pay for my treatment but cannot understand why so many that get their pet care free at the PDSA don't give donations.

For a charity that "cares" about animals, not very caring, called to try at least get some advice over the phone about my sick animal and was given a cold hearted semi polite version of "go away and go find a private practice" because i wasn't registered there. Phoned a private practice where i was given alot of free advice by an extremely polite well mannered person who had my animals wellbeing at heart not more concerned about registration.

Normally I have positive things to say about here but today I was told by the vet to go to a pet shop to get mite treatment after waiting over an hour to get seen. Most vets should know that this is unsuitable for exotic pets. Waste of my time!

Always helpful. Did surgery recently for my dog, she had cherry eye and entropion, been a long recovery for her, but the surgeon has done a fantastic job. She's more beautiful than ever and can't thank them enough for that.

Bear, My 13 year old puddy, has been in the wars. Recently, he was attacked by a Squirrel, in which he lost a front fang and had numerous, serious lacerations the whole of his left neck. Bear was straight in ASAP. I was so worried for him. What a lovely, understanding staff that work here. But the biggest reasureness i felt came from The Vet. They put me at ease right there. Bear had to have a operation on his teeth and put on medication for his neck. He's all better now! I want to say, Thank You Again.
