Very friendly at reception and so helpful. The vet we so was lovely and very patient with my Chow Milo. She was very compassionate considering how nervous he was.

I’ve just been to the pdsa Swansea and I’ve come out feeling very down and angry. The vets we have seen talked down to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I paid to have a health check done and no health check was carried out.. we were just rushed and very much palmed off. I explained that I’ve had my previous dog neutered and they weren’t interested at all. My appointment was 14:40 and we were out by 14:48, to have a health check, check her tail and to have her injections. This isn’t the first time it has happened as my aunt used the pdsa for her dog two weeks ago and you treated her exactly the same. Anyone could have seen me clearly struggling on my own and I felt so uncomfortable in the reception. It’s absolutely shocking.

The PDSA through neglect has caused the death of two of my cats. Both succumbed to diseases nobody knew they had because the PDSA failed to perform the necessary checks. If something is seriously wrong with your animals take them private because yeah it costs a lot but at least you'll be leaving the practice with your animals healthier than when they went in. 0/10, you scumbags killed my cats and I'll never forgive you.

PDSA Swansea have been outstanding. The team are compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive. My registration was handled smoothly, and their communication has been clear and reassuring throughout. Even though they’re a charity under huge pressure, they continue to provide first‑class care with kindness and patience. Their work makes a real difference to people and pets who would struggle without them. We’d be lost without the PDSA. Thank you to the whole Swansea team for everything you do.

Amazing experience with the team who were working today 14/01/26. They reassured me every step of the way and were so kind especially after having a very panicky and overwhelming situation with my lovely cat. Really appreciate their kindness and how well they looked after my boy for me to pick him up today. Compassion goes such a long way and everyone on shift there was so comforting and my cat felt safe in their hands as did I 🙏💖

I can't thank the emergency team enough for saving my girl's life. Fast acting, thorough, clear and precise communication in one of the hardest and most stressful situations I've ever been in. Everyone who works here is a hero. The PDSA admitted her first thing in the morning and performed life saving surgery, with the surgeon even calling me DURING surgery to tell me what exactly was going and what what our options were. They are an incredible team. My partner and I just had to say goodbye to his is little sister very suddenly, I've also had to put my childhood family dog and cat down this year, so PDSA didn't just save my dog's life, but ours too. We couldn't have taken a different outcome. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤💞
