Health check for senior dog is highly recommended, service was nothing short of amazing. Nestor is highly knowledgeable and recommended, picked up an undiagnosed condition as part of a routine vaccination. Andrea at the desk is just so very helpful.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I brought in my three dachshunds, and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in. They were incredibly patient and handled my dogs with so much care and expertise. The veterinarian was great with my animals, taking the time to make sure they were comfortable and well-cared for. It’s such a relief to find a team that truly loves animals as much as I do. If you're looking for a vet that is professional, kind, and great with pets, this is the place!

We have nothing but positive experiences here! Our one cat is incredibly nervous and the staff have always made him very comfortable and treated him kindly - so much so that he is now very brave at the vets! Our new little girl has also been treated so well. Could not recommend enough! Our sleepy babies after their vet visit today

I found a cat that had been killed outside my house. I phoned this vet and they were happy for me to bring him down. They checked but sadly, no chip. They kept him for two weeks so I could try and locate the owners. Unfortunately no-one came forward so they had him cremated. The staff were so lovely, and I was not asked to pay anything.

Excellent first experience with this practice and the vet we saw. Took time to understand our baby and all her problems. Perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Not the warmest of welcomes, met with a rather stroppy, over-made up receptionist, who had zero politeness and even less sympathy. Last year my cats had the best treatment and I was hoping to bring my cat in for treatment, but was received with just a cold reception, and told to go to my usual vet, as I was not registered with them, even though the reception area was empty.

Having been with lake side vet's for a few years we wouldn't go anywhere else we had a 5 month old yellow lab who passed away with massive organ failure every single person who worked in the practice we're all so kind and thoughtful at such a heart breaking time in time we got another puppy and one receptionist thought that we wouldn't take your new puppy their because they couldn't save our puppy George but they did go above and beyond for our little fur baby

I took my beloved booboo to this vets and i was told the sad news there was no hope. I would like to say a massive thank you to the lady vet who helped send my beautiful fur baby over the rainbow bridge, also the nurse that took her paw prints and cut some of her fur for me to keep. They were so kind and caring and treated her with dignity and compassion as a loved member of my family . I will be forever grateful 🙏
