We brought Johnny to be castrated today. From the day we made the appointment until taking him home, every single member of staff was extremely pleasant, professional and highly attentive when giving care advice. I am genuinely so grateful for all of the help and the work being done here. Thank you all, from Johnny and family.

I could not be more happier with the Oldbury team. They are always polite and explain everything in detail. They have looked after my pets when ive been in difficult times. Donation or NOT they are there to help people in need. I will always be forever grateful for the treatments they have provided to me, my family, friends even people i dont know. Seeing the same faces over the years is also a blessing. Thank you so much especially for today 🩷

Can't praise the vets or staff enough for the way they loked after our dog. Everything was done that possibly could be to help her but unfortunately we lost her. Even at that stage they were so compassionate and kind our Minnie went very quickly and peaceful.

Heartbroken by Serious Negligence at PDSA Oldbury- I am absolutely devastated by what happened to my dog Molly Morris, who was put to sleep at PDSA Oldbury on 28th October 2025. We paid CPC directly for a private cremation, and CPC even called PDSA Oldbury to confirm the payment and instructions. Despite this, PDSA Oldbury still handed Molly over for a communal cremation with other dogs. No one called me. No one checked. No one followed the instructions that had already been confirmed. Because of this error, we will never have Molly’s ashes back. After 17 years with her, this has caused huge emotional distress for me and my family, especially my mother who is already unwell. This was a heartbreaking and completely avoidable mistake. I have submitted a formal legal complaint and am seeking a full explanation, refund, apology and compensation. Families deserve better care and professionalism at such vulnerable times.
