Amazing team who got our poorly pup back on his feet again. They clearly explained the process, prices and outcomes in a very compasionate and sympathetic manner. Thanks.

I had recently had to say goodbye to my dog Luna after taking her on in her last 5 years, everyone was helpful from the very start of this brutally hard decision I had to make, once I called I was supported and helped through out, when the day come she was welcomed and everyone was supportive even with my own welfare, today I collected the hair and paw print and was again asked to make sure I’m okay I can’t thank everyone enough who made it less painful and be so helpful towards Luna and myself, it was nice to see her final moments in caring hands and treat her like she deserved.

I would class this as the best vets in Gloucestershire. My dog was very complicated with is health issues, heart murmur, liver disease, gallbladder problems, leukemia and was anemic. Michael and the team, have always been extremely professional, explaining all treatment every step of the way. Making appointment times available even if they were fully booked. Showed nothing but care and commitment to my boy and nothing was too much to ask for. Unfortunately the Leukemia got the better of him and he passed away 11th Sept 25. (aged 11years 7 months) The staff continued to be kind, compassionate in every way. As for the pricing of medication / treatment (even Chemo) were certainly nowhere as high as I expected it would be. I would highly recommend Stroud Road Vets, - I fact I have on more than one occasion to other pet owners. If I do get another pet in the future, I will certainly be registering it with them.
