We recently took our 1-year-old dog to this practice to have "the snip", and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. From start to finish, the team was professional, kind and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to answer all of our questions before the procedure and were just as responsive and helpful afterwards - it really put our minds at ease! It was obvious that the team not only love animals but truly know what they’re doing. We would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a friendly and experienced vet.

I cannot recommend this practice enough! My Old English Bulldog recently needed surgery, and from start to finish, the care we received was exceptional. Natalie, the vet who looked after my dog, was incredible – not only extremely skilled but also compassionate, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth and stress-free for both me and my dog. The whole team was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, creating a welcoming environment that immediately put us at ease. Seeing my dog recover so well after surgery was a testament to their expertise and dedication. I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.
