Recently took my rabbit into Hook Veterinary Centre to sort out and discuss options after he passed away, absolutely clueless as to what was what and was very grateful for the up most respect and kindness during the time. I believe her name was Holly, she was amazing from start to finish and really understood me and listened to everything with no judgement. The process was very swift and made very easy by her and I appreciate her effort in helping me. Would highly recommend this vets to anyone , for anything.

The reception staff are always friendly, helpful and greet you with a smile. We have seen a few different Vets and all have been lovely! Very caring and always want the best for your pet. My dog loves the fuss he gets from them! I always leave feeling they have listened and done the very best for my dog.

10/10 very good, kind and genuine vet practice. Listened to us about our reactive and vet aggressive dog and helped to make a plan to make it as least stressful for everyone and our dog. Special thanks to Clare the Vet and Freya the veterinary nurse for all of your wonderful help

WOW...what a place. I had to make an appt fairly urgent for my 3 legged greyhound. Met Dan the vet who took such care of us both. He listened to me and then discussed my options. Unfortunately euthanasia was the saddest choice I had to make for my best friend in life. No pressure or judgement was made throughout my appt. Such compassion,dignity,thoughtfulness was shown. Everything was explained as to what to expect and still the most hardest thing to happen to my dog - yet in the most beautifully way it could be. A big thankyou to Dan the vet and all the staff last friday. Today I picked up my beautiful boys ashes - couldn't have been supported so well. The biggest THANKYOU to you all.
