We have three fur babies who are all registered with Ark and they are all very well looked after. We use the healthy pet club to ensure they are all up to date with treatments and vaccinations, which puts us at ease with their ongoing health. One of our babies recently needed tooth surgery and she was so well looked after. We received photo updates when she was out of surgery and all the team were fantastic when taking care of her. Carly, Louise and Cherry all went above and beyond during this time and we trusted our baby was in safe hands. After her surgery, she’s now bounced back to her usual happy self. All costs of treatment and surgery were given upfront and all covered easily with our insurance provider. This helps take a lot of stress away during those difficult times. I would never trust our cats with another practice so, if you live in the area, I highly recommend registering with Ark. Your pets will thank you. 😻😻

We went to Ark Vets as an emergency a month ago as our Bunny was seriously ill and our usual Vet couldn't see us. From the moment we walked in we felt genuinely cared for. We came to see the Veterinary nurse, Sally, a fair few times over the following few weeks and her kindness, patience, and compassion was faultless. She took the time to talk through every option and answer my many questions with such empathy and professionalism. We never felt rushed. It was clear that you truly wanted to help—not just our bun, but us too—and that made all the difference, even though the prognosis was not good. I know not all general Vets are Rabbit savvy, but the Ark team are phenomenal. We moved from our old Vets to Ark immediately as the difference in service and care is huge! It’s rare to find someone who truly puts their heart into what they do, and they absolutely do. If you're looking for a Vet for your buns, I highly recommend Ark.

The team at ARK have been fantastic whenever my dog has needed care. The staff are always friendly and reassuring, and I’ve felt confident in the treatment and advice provided. Really grateful to have such a reliable and caring local vet.

The Ark have looked after our pets for nearly 30 years and are the BEST team of vets, reception staff and nurses. They show so much care and compassion in their treatment, which makes a huge difference. They really do go above and beyond and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Took our new puppy "Bugs" in for a check up. Could not find one fault with this practice. We were given a same day appointment - which is far quicker than our own G.P practice. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist- My husband was a little miffed that the "hello gorgeous" was for the puppy and not him! We waited in a very clean but relaxing waiting area for only a couple of minutes. The vet was brilliant and Bugs warmed to her immediately. Puppy didn't like where the thermometer was hidden for 30 seconds but got over it quickly! The vet was thorough, answered questions and reassured us. She explained everything in detail and we didn't feel rushed. The Ark made Bugs first vet visit a very pleasant and positive experience. This wasn't my first experience of the Ark, 10 years ago they cared for my brothers dog, my brother had died and my mum looked after his grey hound dog Sally for six months following his death. When it came to the sad day to say goodbye to Sally, an Ark vet came to mums house. The vet was very caring and it made all the difference to mum in that difficult time. Can not recommend The Ark vets enough, all the staff are amazing and it's very clear that it's a very happy work place. 🙂

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sally at Ark Vets for doing an amazing job on Theo who had developed a very serious eye infection. Our whole family were incredibly upset with what looked to be a sad prognosis, however Sally managed to change things around and gave some very good news today. Sally we sincerely appreciate you going over and beyond to make sure Theo was given the best possible attention you could give❤️🩹
